Andy trained as a draughtsman from 2005-2008. After taking a gap year travelling around Australia, he resumed his career and progressed from an Engineering Technician to a Senior Structural Engineer. He started at Rhodes and Partners in August 2022 as an Associate Structural Engineer. Andy specialises in the inspection and appraisal of buildings, structures, investigations and building defect diagnosis, preparation of remedial work schemes and contracts, inspection of work on site and Contract Administration. Andy achieved IEng status with the Institution of Civil Engineers in 2022.
