Inspections and Reports

Rhodes & Partners can provide full Structural Engineering Reports if you are moving house, applying for a mortgage or taking out building insurance.

We also carry out site visits to properties to inspect and report on other issues, such as retaining walls, chimney breasts and cracking.

If required, we can also conduct geo-environmental reports to identify any ground issues, or carry out trial pit investigations to check foundations.
